The lecturer, Dr. Akram T. Mohammad shed light on the economic importance of the legal formulation related to the local content provision, and the effect of this on job opportunities. The content provision is of utmost economic significance due to its direct connection and influence on the amount of money spent on contracts. Taking this into consideration is liable to improve Iraq's economy and help in providing job opportunities.
